We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:

Eligibility      

  • Request a return or exchange within one week of receiving your order.
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags/labels intact.

Process

  1. Contact our support team at [your email / phone / WhatsApp] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We’ll schedule a Bosta pick-up or guide you to drop the parcel at a nearby Bosta hub.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process:
    • Exchange: Ship your new item within 2–3 business days.
    • Refund: Issue a refund to your original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover all shipping costs.
  • For size or preference changes, the customer pays the return shipping fee (calculated at Bosta’s standard rate).

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos, so we can arrange an immediate replacement or refund.

 

Delivery Partner
All orders are shipped via Bosta, our trusted local courier.

Delivery Areas & Timeframes

  • Greater Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
  • Other Egyptian Governorates: 2–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary; Bosta will contact you to confirm.

Shipping Fees

  • The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on location.

Order Processing

  • You will receive a Bosta tracking link by SMS and/or email once the order is dispatched.

Failed Delivery / Re-delivery

  • If the courier cannot reach you, Bosta will attempt re-delivery.
  • After two unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to us and may require an additional shipping fee for re-dispatch.
