Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:

Eligibility      

  • Request a return or exchange within one week of receiving your order.
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags/labels intact.

Process

  1. Contact our support team at [boutique0toi@gmail.com / 01012270330] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We’ll schedule a Bosta pick-up or guide you to drop the parcel at a nearby Bosta hub.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process:
    • Exchange: Ship your new item within 2–3 business days.
    • Refund: Issue a refund to your original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover all shipping costs.
  • For size or preference changes, the customer pays the return shipping fee (calculated at Bosta’s standard rate).

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos, so we can arrange an immediate replacement or refund.
